Meh what people need is a service. We need a service to fix issues and mistakes on a credit report. I've had issues with errors on my report & the agencies are impossible to deal with. Let me pay someone to sit on hold and deal with the inaccuracies and get them fixed. I do not need an AI chatbot to tell me what to do.

TERRIBLE question at 8:23 it's a business to business model, financial institutions nake MORE money off of people with fico scores below 690 by charging them alot more in interests (or alterantive tactics like requiring a large security deposit beforehand).
