I cut out fruit and vegetables, snacks and anything in a can or box. My diet is the best it has been ever! I put my money towards sustaining foods like liver, beef, dairy, eggs and potatoes. Meat loaf and mash is a weekly staple. You can make a meat loaf for what it costs to buy a box of useless cereal.
