Idk about this, , , , because where I'm from it's just a straight up stock F-150

Another thing I’ve noticed as well is that most undercover cops also have there exhaust tips facing downwards

No rails… although some of the detectives do have rails so it’s hard to spot them every time

I've seen undercovers driving all sorts of cars. Camrys, F150, and even Corvettes. Some have cold plates that look like civilian plates, but if you run the plate it doesn't come back as anything.

Actual undercover cars have plain clothed officers or detectives, and those cars look exactly like any other new vehicle on the road. Most times with little to no tint. And the exterior emergency lights are in the oem light housing and interior mounted lights if they have them. Different than unmarked.

Also the exhaust tips. Police package never has chrome or alternative exhaust tips.

Vehicle ride height is no tell tale indication of a ppv

No roof rack causes red flag then check above license plate there will be two small rectangular lights. These are unmarked vehicles. under covers have very hidden lights inside the windshield and are normally not a common police car(explorer or charger) so super hard to detect. however true under covers normally don’t waste time doing traffic stops unless you’re doing something insanely stupid.

Last model ford explorer cop cars all have their tailpipes facing downwards, that is the easiest tell. (New model tailpipes vary on civilian and police spec cars)

Yea you can tell the feds because the back of the SUV will be sagging, lowered in the back. Also black tint

Some of the stuff is true, but the shape showing its a cop car? Based on that logic, all Explorers are cop cars. What you really need to look for is very basic trim, no chrome essentially anywhere, basic exhaust, steel wheels, big brakes (if you can see them through the wheels), tinted windows and lights in the front grill. Some states will have a exempt license plates, for example some CA plates will have a small CA EXEMPT on the bottom or top of the plate.

Out here in GA, you better look for A LOT of lights hidden on their cars.

Sometimes civilians have no roof rails best bet is the license plate.

So with those new Ford SUVs any of the new police Ford SUVs have no roof racks I’m not sure how to identify any other car but I know on every single undercover police Ford SUV there is no roof racks
