James is the co-portfolio manager of the firm’s new Inflation Beneficiaries ETF (INFL) and manages Horizon’s Internet Fund, as well as several private and institutional accounts. Having started on Horizon’s trading desk in 2005, James quickly progressed to begin his tenure on the investment team by December 2006.
