The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is probably the COOLEST looking skyscraper in Tokyo 🤩🇯🇵
Its two towers both reach 243 meters high (797 feet)
It serves as the headquarters for the administration of Tokyo, nothing much for us visitors there. BUT each tower offer observation decks on the 45th floor, which are open to the public for FREE!
These decks offer panoramic views of Tokyo where you can see the SkyTree from afar, Shinjuku Tower really close and, on clear days, even Mount Fuji in the distance 🙌🏼🗻
I just learnt it was open until 10:30 PM, so I definitely want to come back at night to see how different the view point looks with the city lights 🌃
