Fix There was a problem while playing video on Youtube App-Android|Tablet-there was a problem while playing touch to retry-there was a problem while playing tap to retry-there was a problem while playing playback id-there was a problem while playing video-youtube error playback id-youtube error there was a problem while playing-youtube error loading tap to retry.

I get the following error message/notification while try to access my youtube in my new android:

There was a problem while playing

This error solution is also common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow.

Some error occurred devices are samsung,asus,asus zenfone,nexus,pixel,moto e,moto g,moto x,moto z,micromax,htc,lenovo,gionee,redmi,yureka,black berry,honour,one plus one,vivo,oppo,samsung galaxy and note devices,genymotion and sometime iphone also.

Method 1:

1.Goto your android settings-mobile data.

2.Choose your data connection sim card then goto "Access point names".

3.Then locate "APN protocol", in this section you can choose"IPv4/IPv6" option.

4.Finally click to save option.

Method 2:

1.Goto your android settings-SIM management.

2.Click to"Deactivate" your data connection sim card, then also suddenly enable it.

Method 3:

1.Goto your settings-Mobile data.

2.Choose your data connection sim card.

3.If your area not covered in 4G network you can choose 3G network.

Method 4:

1.Goto your youtube app then click ... this icon.

2.Then click "settings" and goto Privacy" option.

3.In this section, you can delete both search and watch history.

Method 5:

1.Goto settings-apps-all.

2.Click this ... icon and choose"Reset app preferences" option.

3.Locate "Youtube" app then click "clear data" option.

4.Finally once restart your android the problem is solved.

Conclusion:

1.You can use any of the following methods.

2.Also check your phone date and time settings in standard format.

3.If you can choose any one of the methods then you can don't forget to restart.

Really works! well, my tablet would not provide the same menu options, but after watching the video twice, I realized that removing my sim card and restarting, then putting sim back and starting it again might work, but I only realized this because of This Video! So thank you very much! 😀

The method of change to IPv4/IPv6 really worked out. Actually I change the roaming protocol either because it wasn't in IPv4/IPv6.
