I have a L3540 Cab with only 400hrs on it. With all the new emissions junk on the new models it will be staying with me a long time to come. 11 years old and it still looks like a new one.

Thanks Neil for giving us answers to very common thoughts. You could just try to up-sale your customers to the next available level, but no, you do what all of us think and suggest “un-limiting” the Limited Edition!

As many others have said, if I were closer, I’d buy from your dealership in a heartbeat! Hell, if the pricing and shipping are right, I might just buy one from you anyway! Thanks for being a good, honest, dealer thinking of the customer first!

Smart. Make the model move easier and catch the aftersales profits as they realize what they want to add. It’s a good move to have equipment ready for features in a base model and make it easy for ppl to add what they want as they go. Instead of it being all or nothing.

great video, looks like someone could get a deluxe tractor at a better price point and add what they want back on as they can afford it or need it. thanks for explaining and showing all this honestly, not many dealers would take the time to do it.

New and shines good...just will not let myself go there. My 1994 has never ever given me one speck of trouble ... I think I need to replace the tires soon though .No regen ...just a dam good old machine

I would buy the mirrors and maybe the cruise switch (after I did some googling to see if I could find a standard part that would work.) Would go aftermarket LEDs for the work lights.
I think a L ( not a Grand L) with a cab and heat & A/C would be a big seller.
I think a lot of people would rather not have all the fancy stuff because if you don't have it, it can't break.

I think you missed one more difference Neil. The limited edition has a simple sticker for the model number, but they're 'chrome' emblems on the deluxe.

Wish Kubota would bring some (doesn't have to be all) features of this tractor to the B series or something that used 60"/5' attachments. JD's 3r series do. I'll hold out a while longer!!!!

He mentions that it comes with a switch. The light switch for the front of the cab is not included. I know because I bought the limited 3560.
