I have recently resigned due to some medical emergency I was working under Third Party payroll and I have explained things and need emergency exit, she said you will have to serve notice or else your profile will be under black list from third party and working company side later she said you need to serve atleast some days then I said 10days I can work, she discussed with her team and approved my resignation through email. But on last working day of mine working manager stared telling that you are not knowing that you had resigned and last working day is today so you have to serve month notice they said, I said no since my third party compnay has approved, after so much discussion I have submitted laptop ID etc I have got clearance from particular team.

I have been waiting for FnF and releaving, experience letter after 30days I called and email her she replied like you have not served a full month notice so we are processing your request.

Please suggest me what can I do in this situation

Sir I gave resignation letter 1month before to the manager but he didn't approved this letter the after 10 days again I changed the date and gave him this letter still he didn't approve and for reasons leaving this I went to village for two months and I come again the manager abscond me and hold my salary of 2month and f&f as well is it possible to get my salary please help what should I do they denied to pay me but I received e-clearance mail from manager and company

The appointment letter mentions 30 days notice period. I have just resigned but now HR says that I have to serve 60 days notice and they never informed me about this earlier. They also ruled out the option of buying notice period.
New company is also not allowing me to join after serving 60 days notice period.
What if I don't continue after 30 days. Can they initiate legal proceedings against me. They have also verbally threatened me of not providing relieving letter.
Also should I initiate legal action now or after 30 days.

Sir I puted resign on 27-08-2020 my notice period was one month but on 18-09-2020 my boss rejected my resignation without my concern so same day I puted resign once again then I serve only 9 days notice period because of back dated resign facilities. But now in my FNF My salary deducted because of 21 days recovery so now what I do for refund my whole FNF because its not my fault.

Small doubt for final settlement In EL calculation i have 7 1/2 years experience in single company . In EL 42days is there my basic is 12658rs . But they will give 8thousand only it's correct or wrong..
