As far as we know all of the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 promised DLC has been revealed such as the Kid Super suits and the free suits we got, however there is no news on any potential DLC such as how it used to be with Marvel's Spider-Man The City That Never Sleeps DLC. The New Game Plus update did reveal a planned DLC in the files of the game but we have no idea if its now scrapped or pushed towards a potential Marvel's Venom Game or Marvel's Spider-Man 3, however we do know that Playstation will be at the Tokyo Games show in the first time since 2019. Which is incredible and could possibly reveal the DLC plans that include Carnage, Chameleon and other possible characters.

Bro. I am under the impression that every Major Game DLC we get will take years to come out. I.E, Shadow of the Erdtree.

It could be a whole expansion type DLC, like we've been seeing lately. As opposed to 3 smaller DLCs like the first game. There IS a whole section of the map on the East side, and the camera lets you hover over a bit more than usual so I'd assume the DLC would take place there, or at least partially. The city already renders that way, only thing stopping us being an invisible wall

Do we need Spider-Man 2 DLC though? Maybe working on SM3 would be a better idea... SM1 had a season pass that was available from the beginning with the chapters becoming available as they came out, so I doubt that SM2 will get DLC, at least similar to The City That Never Sleeps. On that note: 1) Bring back Selfie mode for the camera and 2) Add Venom freeroam - that's it, nothing else needed.

Horizon Forbidden West DLC was 14 months after launch.

God of War Ragnarok DLC was 13 months after launch.

We have to remember that Insomniac isn’t the only one in control of this game anymore. Sony is also in control. We gotta judge the timing based on what SONY is doing recently.

I’ve heard that the carnage dlc has been cancelled because a venom game was basically confirmed and in that tweet it said carnage was the main villain so apparently there saving him for that but they could still have a dlc that introduces him

I dont think we're gonna see any DLC because of the fact that they got hacked and didn’t announce it when they wanted to. Now the fans have to be punished for the actions of a few crummy hackers

It's just the fact that news for this game is radio silent from insomniac me and a lot of other people aren't impatient we just would like some clarity for we are even getting a dlc or not. Plus I'm tired of all the Spider-Man 2 channels clickbaiting "confirmed DLC" content and then speculating when you start the video

I hope that when they do the venom game, they use it as a way to introduce Eddy or at least flash in some way there. Honestly, there aren't a lot of good options besides that unless they got the ambitions to do a full symbiote homeworld prequel plot, though it is it's very unlikely.

I’m okay if there’s no DLC. Because Pete and Miles can’t take Carnage alone, so they will probably save the Carnage boss fights for the Venom game.
