I am really enjoying your Teacher Companion posts. I am a firm believer in creating strength and flexibility. I so often hear my students say they want to be more flexible, but I’m trying to teach them that that’s not the be all end all goal. I have been incorporating more of your sequencing with the aim of creating more strength, mobility and stability in the joints.
