due to covid court is out 3 to 4 months advance my husband just went to court Sept 10 now January 2021 her was caught w a gun. while stealing n theft ec but they dripped all the charges but the gun charge and added on Co ceased weapon charge he had it in his pocket n ditched it in a bush .... there wasn't anyone who was hurt or anyone involved I hope this is easy. and he has trial and goes by spring to do his time he's 2x felon he just got out 2018 no parole. nothing today he easy appointed to publish defender I'm just curious how long til he gets to trial he will take a plea if easy but trial . my husband stuck cause there was a gun found on him. and it was a gun from streets not registered to him nothing . I'm just curious when he will finally be in to do time. they didn't keep him. but they can take him in at any time he shows up especially when it's closer to trial or because he runs he doesn't show up for other tickets and things and is always waited to get caught he's aways caught w more trouble like this case he already had theft charge he ran on
