I’ve been to an Italian McDonalds before, I got the Parmesan wrap and cheese fries and thought it was hilarious how they sold “Mctoast”

the crispy part refers to the sauce they put in the mccrispy with bacon, which is also not crispy but that has to do with the fact they took an established product of the italian 90's and made a mc donald version
