The story of MHA was always about the question: "what does it mean to be a hero?" and at the end the answer was complex and nuanced.
In it's simplest form: a hero is someone who helps people. But there isn't one way to do that. Like we saw in the final chapter, some help by adresing larger issues in society, some by little everyday actions, some help by rebuilding, some help by inspiring and guiding the future generations, and some help by fighting wrongdoers, while others help by rehabilitating wrongdoers.

That was the point of the story. Acting like Deku ending a teacher instead of a hero is a "bad ending" is not understanding the literal first thing about the story.

I would have honestly been fine with things ending like that, but also the power suit gives an extra message that the connections we make with other people can in turn help us help others. That a hero is made by more than just the one person they are. They are made by people working toguether to make the world better.

I swear powerscalers have absolutely ruined discussions about any story nowadays. Because no matter what the subject matter is, someone always has to come screaming about "who beats who".

The “his friends forgot Deku” thing makes even less sense when it was his friends that funded the suit to begin with. Even with all of them pitching in, a suit that’s stronger than the one that could fight AFO would NOT be cheap.

My only problem being, it took 8 WHOLE YRS for All Might to deliver that suit....man, it was made in a month for that final battle with AFO. I Mean come on, lets be honest, Horikoshi rushed the ending, its clear as day. So many characters were overlooked

Tbh the supersuit thing should have been a thing from the beginning like sure ofa is cool and all but imagine deku actually using his skills and tech to be a hero instead of randomly getting one of the most op abilities in the series just because all might saw him preform a single heroic feat

The series is ending on the most realistically positive note for him and his classmates after they did their jobs and made the world objectively better than it ever was.

People forget that it wasn’t just the powers that made Deku who he is but rather Deku himself. Deku showed multiple times that he’s willing to sacrifice himself for the right cause like how he charged at a slime monster to save Bakugo despite not having powers or the fact he went up against Muscular Man despite not only being completely inexperienced but also using a quirk which during the time severely injures his body. Deku being quirkless again doesn’t mean he’s no longer hero but rather means he can be a hero in someone’s eyes without the need of powers. Plus we get IRONMAN DEKU which is just freakin badass.
