Ive had this mower for over a year and aslong as you dont have crazy tall grass it does well.

Makita was really trying to hang on to that 18v/36v platform that made them famous for their hand tools, but now that they're in the landscape equipment biz, they finally moved to a higher voltage platform albeit 40v instead of 56v or 60v. I can hear the motor bog down a little.

Makita you need you allow the mulch to flow out the back like a petrol mower so it does not clog

Cool but how long will the battery last with that high of grass. I always start mowing in the middle of my yard myself more efficient 🤣🤣
