You put out misinformation, nowhere does it state in manga or anime that it took both Garp and Roger to take down Xebeck, chapter 957 states it took Garp and Roger to wipe the Rocks CREW , in the same chapter Xebeck`s is being singled out as being Roger`s greatest for NOT Garp and Roger greatest foe implying Roger and Xebeck 1v1, this is reinforced also in chapter 1096 where we see Roger standing in Xebeck`s way implying AGAIN that they 1v1 and Roger won next time do better reaserch .
