Hi tried this and its great, but can you kindly advice if we want to add like a total number of leaves a person is entitled to for a year, yearly entitlement and then when they take the day it should come off that total.

How about those companies that the annual leaves are based on the contract date? For example, if Peter signs his contract on March 2024, then his annual leaves will start on March 2024 and ends on March 2025. The same applies to other staff who signs their annual contract on different dates and months.
The leaves for each staff starts from different dates and ends on different dates and months. Will this excel works fine to that?

Thank you for this. If someone taken half a day leave how to incorporate that to this template. Assume he/she take half day leave from Casual Leave and or No-pay leave

This video has helped me so much. I've made many modifications so easily to help with my organization.
Is there a possibility to have ONLY Sick Time and Personal Time count hourly?
Like if they only used 1 hour of sick time, we can calculate it on the same table?

Is there a way to make the leave year match the financial year? April to March? This is the period that my employee's leave runs across.

Thank so much for this video.I have one question. I can see the dates and days change depending on the selected year. But how to we handle the leaves taken in different years? For example, if Mary takes 2 Unpaid leaves in January 2024 and 1 sick leave in Jan 2024, I need to see exactly that when I select 2024 and 2025 respectively. currently the data stays the same for different years

at 7:55 my excel doesnt recognise the month from that and after downloading your version it also breaks without even touching anything
