H Λία Τσάλτα είναι σεναριογράφος και σκηνοθέτις, µε έδρα τη Αθήνα. Έχει συµµετάσχει στο πρόγραµµα Sarajevo Talents κι έχει λάβει το βραβείο Artworks, στο πλαίσιο του προγράµµατος υποστήριξης καλλιτεχνών του ΙΣΝ. «Το Δάσος» (2018, 18’), η πρώτη της µικρού µήκους ταινία µυθοπλασίας, έκανε πρεµιέρα στο 24ο Φεστιβάλ Κινηµατογράφου του Σαράγεβο και προβλήθηκε µεταξύ άλλων στο Encounters Film Festival, στο Uppsala International Short Film Festival και στο Brussels Short Film Festival.
Lia Tsalta is a scriptwriter and director based in Athens. She is a Sarajevo Talents Script Station alumna and has been awarded as an Art-Works fellow by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. Her very first short film “The Forest” (2018, 18’) premiered at the 24th Sarajevo Film Festival and screened in competition at festivals such as the Encounters Short Film Festival, the Upsalla International Short Film Festival and Brussels Short Film Festival.
