Contrary to her instructions, don't press the Up button to pull the cork out of the bottle. If you do that, it will remove the screw from inside the cork while the cork is still in the bottle and you will have to start over and screw it back in again. Instead, keep pressing the Down button until the cork is fully extracted from the bottle. Only after the cork is out of the bottle do you press the Up button to remove the screw from inside the cork.

On a full charge, it simply does not work.

It is an absolute garbage. My $2 wine opener that I got from a gas station works not this crap.
