Hi Happy sir, thanks for your wonderful videos, I feel like I’m stuck in my career and can’t decide what to do, I am an 32 years old guy and I worked in India and in abroad from 2012 to 2020 in health and fitness industry, during covid I lost that job, came back to India and joined in a small IT company because I like to work in software, i even did MCA from 2022-2024 after 10 long years of gap from my graduation which I did in 2012, there is no growth in my current company and now I am looking for better opportunities in my career but almost all the companies I apply are rejecting my resume in the beginning itself because I have gaps in my career and education and came from a different industry, pls guide 😊

Sir ek question tha mene ek company join ki thi jisme unhone mujhe 3 years ka bond sign karvaya tha sath me unhone mere original certificate mage the 10th or 8th sem ki marksheet. mujhe kebal 45 din hue the company join kiye ki achanak meri mother ki tabiyat kharab ho gi or mujhe company chodni padi. Ab company bale mujhe mere certificate nhi de rhe hai to mene duplicate certificate maga liye. Sir isse future m koi problem to nhi hogi.
