On September 21, 2018, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg ’59 returned to Columbia Law School to discuss strategic litigation as an approach to policy change with Dean Gillian Lester; Professors Olatunde Johnson and Gillian Metzger ’95; Lee Gelernt ’88, ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project deputy director; and Nancy Northup ’88, president & CEO of the Center for Reproductive Rights.
