If you have some time and change the arcade some times has these large boards with light up buttons you have to mash good for hand eye work. Anthore good one is to get a brick wall an practice two hand dribbling with your arms extended up all the way and slow go side to side in a Y shape and do the same dribbling at chest level . Work on rebound kick the ball against a wall and attept to save , and if your ok with it practice dives from post to post using gym mats or foam pads
