BEST LOWRIDING 2021! A Car Movie by Skid Society

The BEST of Lowriding 2021! Entirely filmed and edited by me, Skid Society.

2021 was an action packed year, with back to back Lowrider Cruise Nights, Classic Car Shows and out of state adventures that took us to Las Vegas, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona. I filmed Lowriders Hopping, such as the 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS, but just about every other year of the Chevrolet Impala can be seen in this video. Lowrider Cars like the Buick Regal G Body were out in numbers, with some of the best hydraulic suspension setups of them all. There were also a lot of Cadillac Lowriders, such as the Fleetwood Brougham, 3 wheel motion and gas hopping! An honorable mention goes to the Lowrider Mini Trucks, probably my personal favorite Lowriding subculture. The (mostly Japanese) classic trucks, also known as "bed dancers" always put on an amazing show, and it was entirely worth getting sprayed with hot hydraulic fluid to witness the Lowrider Mini Trucks bed dancing. It was great to see many unique and interesting classic car builds and more, and I look forward to what lies ahead next year! Thank you all for the support!

Thank you for the outstanding video of the lowrider community out in full force sharing with us their amazing classic cars. I met some of the nicest people who were all humble and gracious to answer questions about their journey from the start of their restoration project to the finished masterpiece. The paint, pin striping, custom hood pictures depicting their heritage, to the undercarriage, engine, upholstery, hydraulics was out of this world spectacular. Some people out there would negatively stereotype them but I for one have only praise, love and respect for the lowrider’s who have put their heart and sweat into creating and restoring all these classic cars. Salute!

I love hydraulics but when it gets into the very extreme high-hopping wheelies I cringe when the tail-end bumper crashes into the road because it causes the body of the car to twist especially those with pristine paint jobs..which is why you will rarely see cars with a lot of work doing wheelies. I just love these cars and appreciate all the love, blood, sweat, and tears people put into making them something special that is one of a kind in their own way
