I noticed that someone here would want to know more about this beautiful place. I made my research and I think I'm pretty sure to know where is this place is. I also found some information that someone might find interesting. I will not reveal where this place is located but I'll give you some indications: it's not far from Turin, in the Piemonte region of Italy. The palace was originally built as a castle in the XVII century and was later modified and restored as a villa in the XIX century. The building, the entire household (of 1.000 square meters) and the 70.000 square meters park are on sale at the time I am writing this comment. The place is registered as a "luxury and historic" asset in the Italian register of the real estate assets, so obtaining permits for restoring it might be a nightmare and it would cost a fortune. It really is a shame, but these things may happen: families' richness may fall, and the cost of the mainteinance of a place like this (as well as the taxes) is extremely high. Anyways, if a real estate investment fund acquired this and made this into an hotel, it would make a great service to the history and the cultural heritage of my beautiful country.

Can you imagine how beautiful it must have been when it was new and lived in.

The most gripping part for me was the staircase. I literally wanted to weep for them, they were both beautiful and abandoned. Thanks so much for sharing!

It needs to be restored and preserved. Such architecture is no longer created. What a shame that this isn't being saved by the government.

I have watched this video at least 50 times since I found it a year ago. I dream about this villa and I LOVE it so much. Thank you for getting us in a place we never could have imagined otherwise. I was in Turin on an Italian vacation in 2004 and it makes me sick that I possibly could have seen this place at least from the outside. Darn it!

Thank you for sharing, what a dream come true to be able to walk among the rich and see the way they use to live. What an exquisite palace! What detail is shown here of the craftsmanship that went on, remarkable!

Closeups of the fixtures and fittings would be good. They are so interesting in themselves, not just the beautiful architecture. As always, professionally presented. Thank you for your work and dedication.

Oh man I almost wet myself lol. I can only dream of wat it's like to actually be inside, walking from room to room in a Magnificent, Breathtaking place like this. I bet it smells wonderful, old, a couple hundred yrs. worth of history. I just don't understand how places like this can be left to rot away, never ever to be thought of or seen again. It hurts my heart to think of it. We'll regret letting these places go someday, but of course, it'll be to late then. Thank u so much sharing this Magnificent Breathtaking place.

Yes indeed! A magnificent voice. I listen to it every night to fall asleep. Not meaning that it's boring, it is very soothing and relaxing.

This palace was exquisite! All of the beautiful deco was magnificent! I could see it being restored as it wasn't very badly damaged! Great find, thank you!👍🏼😃🔮ɱყʂɬıƈąƖɱơơŋ🌙

OMG...what a beautiful, ornate home/ palace/ castle, and what a pity to let it crumble over time, and sad that the wood floors are gone! I wonder if the executor of the estate is stripping it out to pay debts/ taxes, or whatever? I can only imagine what that lifestyle would be like. Bros of Decay...your work is GREAT-videography, commentary and all...allows all of us fans to be there with you both!!!!

I am curious why the Italian government does not take pride in these amazing historic buildings, and use them for weddings, and Venues for business.. what a shame.
Beautiful place!

There is such a contrast between many abandoned places in Europe and other places like America and other western countries in relation to graffiti. This Palace is seemingly free of graffiti. A testiment to the people, especially the bored youth from the area. Very cool.
Thank you for showing us this beautiful building.
