Hello Paul,

I am an active guy and always had a lot of sports. As now I am preparing for army volunteering for 9 months I started training about a month ago seriously. I had intense work-outs 3-4x a week and something easier like running, hiking, ab/back exercises on the rest days, I walk a lot too. All my exercises were bodyweight like various forms of pull-ups, push-ups, dips, for legs I was doing sprinting, squats, deadlifts, lunges. I started to increase the intensity by adding some weight (a backpack with some stuff) and the results have been good. About 1, 5 weeks ago I think something happened to my knee and I can't remember from exactly what, but nothing serious happened it just came after night probably.. I got this this terrible arthritic kind of pain in the middle of my right side of my right knee/joint and the pain was quite severe and I can describe it as sharp, I could walk but would have some pain, but the most pain would get if I turn it somehow sideways and etc. I gave some rest for 3 days and I thought maybe It's just my body adapting or somewhat so I did some light leg bodyweight exercises without any additional weight and it wasn't that bad. But it's weird sometimes it gets super bad and more usually from light stuff, yet sometimes now I can do stuff, for example when I did that light exercise the pain was less intense and also there was a big party just recently and I was dancing the whole night - no pain. Yet it doesn't get away. I have been resting my knee/joint for about a week, now doing only upper body exercises and walking. It still remains. If it remains, I will be dysfunctional in the military and I don't want that. I want your guidance what could have happened and how to fix it if it's possible? I really want to volunteer in army and I must go there in about 2 months because I exchanged my study years for that. Could you explain what could have happened, and what should I do to fix it? Any information, tip I will be very thankful!!

Love and chi,

Delayed soreness is so funny to experience, mostly when you already know that song and is being beautifully performed by another one.
Opening wides eyes at the morning, realize.

Paul! If this reaches you (or anyone else who is apt to answer the question)! I am fascinated by your work and have been for many years. Who do you see doing similar things to what you have done in the industry? Who's work do you support? Do you have any proteges?

Thank you for all your wonderful videos Paul, I was hoping you would help me with a problem that I've been having.
I've been biting/chewing on my tongue and inner cheeks for about 4 months now. I know it's not a subluxation in my neck because I've been going to the chiropractor for the past two years and I'm still going. I used to grind my teeth before but the chiropractor has cured that. Any ideas what might be causing the tongue biting?

Im not sure i intepretted this right but you said when the muscle is under eccentric load you have less motor unit firing. If that's the case why would stressing less muscle fibres create more DOMS?

Hi Paul, another great video. Quick question, I timed your set as just over 25 seconds. Does this mean that the set would develop more power endurance rather than just power?

If just explosive power was the goal would you shorten the set and in effect the time under tension

Many Thanks and please keep up the great work

Paul, what is the difference between your holistic health coaching, exercise coach, and mastery coaching systems?

More lifting videos!! I would also like to ask why you are using a mirror when you are squatting? In my experience, ive developed my nervous system far better when there was no mirror in my gym at alll. It allows you to focus on your bodys actual place in space as opposed to where you see its place is. My football coach once told me “if you dont have a mirror on the field, you shouldnt have a mirror in the gym” and ive always lived by that principle.

Which TUT would you recommend for this? Stay under 12sec because of the 2b Fibers?
Much love Paul, that was cool! :)

Dear Paul, do you have any advice for someone with Charcot–Marie–Tooth Muscle disease, it is incureable and the doctors doesn't want to do anything. I can imagine that at least some sort of program should delay it no?

Hey Paul, this question is quite off topic so to speak. But do you know why you rarely see any adults with pimples and acne? While its very common for teenagers to have it is it a parasite/fungal symptom that only shows up in ones teenage years or what is your thoughts on this? I mean surely there's quite a number of adults who lives just as toxic as teens etc.

Hey Paul! based on your clinical practice do you consider that is possible to treat blastocystis succesfully or you think there are parasite infections that you just have to learn to live with?

As you've said in the past a parasite infection can truly become a master and the changes I've had to make to my diet has brought me a whole lot of good things, but I would still like to enjoy some fruit now and then as I''ve had tp limit the consumpsion of all fruit as I notice it causes me instant negative eactions!

Aprreciate any insight you have on this, Love and CHi!

so do you add the time for both eccentric and concentric to get your sum speed of degree? I'm thinking something simple like a pushup, where the elbow let's say will only move about 90 degrees each direction, so 180, and you're saying we could push that over 400? or would it only work with certain patterns? sorry, that was like 3 questions Paul, but having been a student of yours for almost 20 years, I get the concept of tempos for sure... so hope you can clarify for me.. thanks Paul!

Saw you in La Jolla at CHEK institute in 1999, scientific ab/back training 2-3 day work shop, learned a lot. Since then went on got bachelors in physiology & doctorate (chiro). Now interested in Ayurveda looking up/at stuff on YouTube and see you are STILL the man. Much love! Back then you referred to coffee as black gold and nectar of the gods. Never stop learning- keep doing what you do, your a modern day Jack Lalanne (also a chiro). Need more like you! 🤙🙏

Paul, I tore my ACL four yearswas ago in the same knee back to back year. I have trouble with balance and having equal strength in both legs and hips. I am 5' 10" and 180 pounds with a good foundation. What specific exercise would you recommend for the most benefit. I am a college baseball pitcher so my balance is critical for my performance.
