Harbor Freight Motorcycle Table Lift Upgrades!!

The motorcycle table lift from Harbor Freight is a great alternative to more higher priced table lifts on the market, but we found it lacked some functionality that we really wanted in order to get the most use out of it. Using two items we also bought at Harbor Freight, we were able to make our table lift fit our needs.

Harbor Freight Pittsburgh 1000 lb. Steel Motorcycle Lift:

Harbor Freight Haul-Master Steel Loading Ramps:

Harbor Freight Pittsburgh 1800 Lb. Capacity Motorcycle Stand/Wheel Chock:

I love the idea of using the ramps. I was going to make something out of wood. This looks so much cleaner. I will be using your idea now.

Nice! I just got my lift and put my Vulcan 900 on it, it was a little clumsy for me to do it by myself. I really like those side pieces you made, I'll definitely be doing that upgrade!

I like the addition of the ramps - easy on and off was a great idea as well 👍

Do you think you could do a more detailed build/installation of the side ramps ? Thanks, very helpful.

I will be doing this real soon. Went to put my Ultra Classic on my lift got it about half way up and realized it wouldn’t work cause I couldn’t put my feet down. Great video I really appreciate you showing us this.

I did the same thing with the side ramps, but a little different on the mounting bars, but it works great and makes loading my GL1800 much easier. I like your wheel chock idea too.

Great idea with the ramps on the sides. I tried the wheel chock but changed it out to a high grade wheel vise. Much easier to get the bikes on and off by myself.

I've had the HF lift for over 10 years. Now I have a Road Glide and will be adding the side extensions and the chock. Thanks.

So could you send some pics and instructions on adding the ramps please. I guess you had to drill a hole for the pipe
to fit

Dig the pipe idea, simple and effective! Nice job guys

Good idea on those side ramps, you could probably put a riding mower up there too

I use the HF bike jack, but would love to get a table.

I park my 30K Harley up on my harbor freight lift and it loves it.

Thanks for the vid. I am planning on getting the lift and with me being short I have issues of getting on and off of it on the ground and was worried about doing on the lift. The ramps make a good idea since I already only have the ball of my foot down.

I just picked up an almost brand new Harbour Freight lift like yours for $250 off of Marketplace. The first thing I noticed is it needs to be wider if I wanna drive my Road King up on it. I started looking up side rails and stumbled across your video. I love yalls idea! Im going to copy yours exactly. Thanks for the simple but great idea! 🍻
