why do they have crown jewels?!
don’t get me wrong, they’re beautiful and all… but why is the royal family supported by the brittish public when they’re sitting on a literal treasure trove?

if britain wants a royal family, fine… but since their role is entirely symbolic, maybe they should go get proper jobs.
they already get military training, let them get actual, permanent, paid jobs as officers

Lets get some real facts about "those diamonds " they were two of them Koh-I-Noor & Darya-I-Noor , Noor means light Koh means mountain, Darya means sea . Sometimes around 1738 King Nader Shah Afshar of Persia invaded the Mogul Empire which is now India & Pakistan & to the victor belongs to spoils Nader Shah brought those two Diamonds plus lots of gold etc to Persia . One of the Diamond Koh-I-Noor was either sold or taken, the other one Darya-I-Noor is still Tehran capital of Persia so i am wondering India gone ask for that one in Tehran too ? LOL

I honestly can't imagine sitting on hoarded treasure stolen from other societies around the world, while so many of my own citizens can't afford a roof over their heads, and thinking it would be a good idea to throw a ridiculously ostentatious party celebrating such an extreme and vulgar disparity of wealth.
