ANKO’s brand new ARTISAN molding series is tailor-made for HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling and Forming Machines. The unique double-line curvy cutter design was inspired by traditional handmade procedures, and has been successfully tested for producing dumplings sizing from 25g to 45g with the special 3D extruding device. The final products don’t only look more appetizing and appealing, but also taste like they was handmade by professional chefs.
