I feel like this is probably great(er) for the private sector than the public. In the public, it would seem like a person needs to "look busy" far more than they need to be "be productive".

Busy is having great deal to do.
Productivity is Producing a significant amount. A lot of result generated with little work.
What's the 20% work I can do that will yield 80% result.
The benefit of been productive is that it can save time, money and energy.
What smarter not just harder.
Use template and tools, template saves us time
Set boundaries and learn to say no.
Apply proven techniques.
