ThermoTraks Garage Door Seal

ThermoTraks is the only product on the market that thermally seals a sectional overhead door. Typical sectional doors have an air gap around the perimeter of the door allowing them to operate without binding. ThermoTraks continuously seals out cold, heat, moisture, dirt and pests.

I bought 2 sets for my garage(double doors). They didn't give me the information needed to determine if my existing track brackets would be long enough to add the extra distance thats required for the thermotrak system. I figured out after installation was attempted, that mine are not long enough. Which meant that I had to put my original tracks back on. Now my garage will have to sit without the door stops/seals on it while i try to find new brackets(additional cost). If I can find longer brackets then I will attempt installation again. The thermotraks are also slightly shorter than my existing tracks, so they will not be supported by the cement like the originals. The thermotracks also didn't line up with all the holes in my existing brackets. They also don't disclose that you will most likely want to replace your existing door stops/seals with new ones(additional cost). If you have a double door you will have to go to a door suply company to buy. If I had of realized it wasn't as easy an instalation as their videos portrayed, I wouldn't have ordered their product. I stilll might be forced to return, depending on the cost of resolving the track bracket issue.
