1. Forhand Passing- keep hands out and in front of body, catch nice and soft shifting weight, when passing push with back leg and sweep the puck across
2. Backhand Passing- make sure to turn hand over when passing a point, again shifting weight and catch soft (don’t try and stop the puck
3. Saucer Passing- open up blade, snap top hand into body and elevate puck while pushing forward. Keep puck flat and 6-8 inches off ice
