Danny misses a month of school and his teacher advises John that he was having issues before his mother died. His mother knew he was struggling but protected Danny. The teacher explains the loss of his mom can make an existing condition worse. Overwhlemed, Danny runs out.

This is why Self Control is Important. If Danny only had self control, he'd have been able to investigate the stepmom quietly rather than have Erratic behavior and save no One. Sad Though.

I knew it from the get go...it was in her body language and how she portrayed herself as this too good to be true person, even before the mother died. She hated that dog, but I must say, I thought that she would spare the father and brother

i believed danny because of the smirk at the funeral, lack of tears when she brought the dying dog in and she smiled a little then!

I was hoping that someone would have investigated the stepmother even if they thought Danny was crazy. I wasn't expecting her to target the husband and then the younger son, just Danny, because he knew. Would she be an angel of death type character?

They did such a good job with this episode!!! I believed him from the jump but had me really questioning and thinking I was wrong… wow

Omg this episode pissed me off so bad!
I wasn’t into this show but my mom & sister came over and I cooked dinner and we watched it, and I knew the whole time she was a treacherous wench.

Poor kid.

That being said, this show had me on the edge of my seat!!
They did a great job of not letting me be sure until the very end

Personally, after the whole steak situation I would’ve caught on what she was doing. And then I’d wait til everyone went to sleep before doing some very horrible things. Hell May just walk into the room with a hammer and just go hammer time on the step mom
