1.Last 12 month m jo average basic pay h jaise b. Pay average 40000 hai to uska 50% 20000 aapko pension milega monthly + Dearness relief milega.
2. Aapka 10% contribution + 18.5% govt contribution me se hi aapko pension or gratuity di jayegi
One time amount nhi milega retirement par..

Nps me b same hi hota h
Aapko retirement par 60% lumpsum amount mil jata hai..baki 40% ka aap monthly pension bnwa skte hai..

Dono option isi liye rkhe gye hai

If 10% employee contribution will remain continue in UPS, (as per NPS 60% can be withdrawn on retirement and 40% can be used for annuity(pension)). What will happen in UPS with respect to withdrawl?

Govt to 1 lakh rupees bhi pension de degi but tu tax bhar payga question ye h
