Please help me! I just got my device today and I am scared to use it now. The device pulled my skin and my whole face twitched in an awful reaction. When I watch the videos nobody’s face moves. I had it on the lowest setting. Have you ever seen this before? I am 73 and my skin is very thin, but it was the muscles that were reacting.
