All the decor is Nepali but the food is completely a 100% Indian. The scary thing that you saw is known as Lākhey. Lākhey is a demon that the indigenous Newar community believe in. There is even Lākhey dance in one of the Newar carnivals in Kathmandu.

Had an idea for when you finally finish this series.

After you finally get the list finished, you should revisit every place in the F tier. Because, who knows, something could have been going on that you weren't aware of that might have impacted the quality of the meal. Bad days are very easy to have.

However... If it's the same quality on a second visit, then you'll know those places are beyond redemption, without question.
