Hey, thanks for the video, but it couldnt resolve my issuew, in the ecommerce manager both sale channels insta and FB are hidden and the button is not active to change, to enable those stores, while the catalogue is synced and everything else is done, any hint on how to enable them?

I have a Shopify Instagram Shop set Up already but I want to make a 2nd Instagram Shop, connected to the same Shopify. I added the 2nd Instagram as a Sales Channel in Shopify and I see the Shop in the Professional Dashboard under "Manage My Shop" but its not on the Instagram Page. What do I need to do to get it live on the Page?

Hi, thanks for the video. Facebook says active, Instagram says connect account but underneath says run ads on facebook and instagram active. When I click on customize shop and the create ad, it says sorry, this content isn’t available right now.
