No, you CAN'T "measure anything you want to" about a macroscopic object. It's just that we can measure all of the things we TYPICALLY CARE ABOUT. You cannot measure the ENTIRE quantum state of that object. You wouldn't be able to anyway - it's huge, with order of Avogadro's number of degrees of freedom. The quantum uncertainty is absolutely still there - it's just lost in the noise insofar as the variables we "care about" go. There is NOT a fundamental difference between the macro and micro scales.

Quantum mechanics is nothing more than a probabilistic mathematical framework based on the misunderstanding and the misinterpretation of the nature of light, and the double-slit experiment. Maybe that's why it's "probabilistic"?
