need to realize that dodge has not been in the AWD industry as long as Subaru or Audi but this is a great start into making AWD vehicles that are very capable, I would definitely invest in an AWD Charger anyday

I assure you it is a good system. I have a 2011 Dodge Charger RT AWD and it is just as capable as my 2007 Subaru WRX. I have taken my Charger the same places as the WRX in the mountain snows and although the Charger is bigger, its AWD deff is no joke.

bought one today, actually.  Should be delivered monday or tuesday,  Roads last year were a shitty mess a lot of the time.  I drove an AWD caddy XTS for almost the whole month of december last year, and felt confident in snow/slush so when my Pontiac Grand Prix started having problems that it'd cost more to fix than the car was worth, the AWD charger was my choice.  Good to see it was a good one.

I'd trade my Mustang in for one any day

I agree . My r/t max awd is very capable in the snow . I'm not comparing it to the Quattro system because I think the Audi has a better suspen

Now if they would just throw that new 3.0L VM-Motori Diesel V6 in the AWD Charger.
I would buy one.

Very nice!  They should catch up with Subaru if they keep designing systems like these. The system in the Dodge Journey is absolutely horrible - it works but not as well as this one.

Can you comment on differences of engine sounds heard inside the cabin between the 300 and Charger?

I’m looking for a sporty V8 sedan with AWD and good engine sounds while driving, so the noice insulation shouldn’t be too quiet.
Is there a difference between the two, since the Charger is more like a typical muscle car and the 300 aims at the luxury/comfort/cruiser crowd.

you're serious? the charger can go where the wrx can? cuz if that's true I'm getting one...I'll take 5.7L on 4 wheels any day for 30 grand.

When it's on the ice strip the wheels on ice were spinning as it's suppose to transfer power to wheels with better grip but wheels with no resistance "traction" spin more. AWD fail.
