Watch This Very Bizarre Clip From a North Korean State TV Documentary

North Korea's state television has been broadcasting documentary programmes highlighting Kim Jong-un's travels around the country in 2019. Some of the clips we've gained access to are quite bizarre.

The state news agency KCNA reported in November 2019 that Kim Jong Un visited the women's company of Unit 5492 of the Korean People's Army at a "remote seaside on the southwestern front". This excerpt from the documentary appears to show the visit... and they're very happy to see them.

It's a North Korean tradition for state media to portray its leaders among ordinary people, who come out with dramatic shows of loyalty and devotion.

I could write a book about Kim Jong Un, title: "Their Is Nothing Wrong With Kim Jong Un". He is fine, i had a coffee with him just after he came back from his 5 mile run, just before he headed towards the gym; we sat just outside the (Dongmyong Hotel), he is having a short break. He did say that he is fed up with why everyone is concerned about where he is all the time, he said when he is back, the next break he has he will announce it to the world, then no one has to worry about him, he said, he thanks to everyone that have shown their concern.

Is this anchor talking or singing ?
I am confused.
Or is this the normal way how Korean language is spoken ?
One feels very bad for North Korean people who are destined to live under constant threat of getting killed.
They are forced to put so much melodrama.
The look on their faces reveals how much mental stress they must be undergoing.
We can only pray for these hapless people.
