They should have an incentive if you take the class. Then you get a 15% discount on a firearm. Basically pretty much recoup the money you spent for the class.

Im all for our 2nd amendment. I took a safety class required by law. Im glad i had to because i learned quite a bit about guns and the law. Not having basic education for new gun owners scares me. Education can save a lives.

you will still need the class if you want to get the permit for reciprocity in other states.

Basic human rights restored..!!!! How many lives saved and how many women not made a statistic, we may never know, but one thing is certain from here on in crime will disappear because the bad guys really have to think it out before they select a victim. Seat belts, fire extinguishers, life guards at the pool and guns exist for good reasons.

If you can't carry in a hospital, courtroom, city hall/civic building, Native American Reservation, to pick your kid up, (or in case cops want to hang out in the hallway as they get attacked) at a military base, on an airplane, then STOP calling it Constitutional Carry. You don't know what that means. You still need permission.
