It has to be Unai Emery for me. Took Villa from outside the Premier League relegation zone only on goals scored at the end of October - to 8th now. Just a couple weeks ago before they ran out of steam, they were in 5th - and there was talk of them possibly getting into the Champions League. Newcastle will surely just about secure Champions League qualification - and it's why Eddie Howe will likely win (and deserve) it.
