Before you tighten the lugs don't forget to push each head down a little bit when it's sitting in place under the hoop with just finger tight tension on the lugs then tune from there and it will stay in tune alot better. Stretching them first by pushing down on the head before tuning makes a huge difference. I don't know if you do that to your new heads or not? So I wanted to throw it out there to help you just incase you might not know about it. 😁🤘
