Girls Rock! Iowa City || 2022 Showcase

After a full week of workshops, instrument lessons, writing sessions, and band practices the Girls Rock! 2022 campers took The Englert Stage for a community performance!

Girls Rock! Iowa City is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that seeks
to empower girls and other gender-minority youth through musical
education and expression. By encouraging young people to take risks,
work together, and make themselves heard, we hope to affect the
conversation about what they can do and what they can achieve. Our
approach is largely youth-lead, and prioritizes the development of self-
esteem and positive relationships.
