Ayon sa datos ng Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), 92,277 ang bilang ng mga Pilipinong nurse na lumabas ng bansa para magtrabaho mula 2012-2016. Kumusta naman kaya ang kanilang kabuhayan doon?

The older I get, the more akong nangungulila sa bansa natin. When I take care of my patients every shift here in the US, napapa-isip din talaga akong paglingkuran ang mga kababayan natin. It feels so much better to take care of our own people, parang mas 10x yung care ko sa mga kapwa ko pinoy. Pero nga, I have a future that I need to secure kaya kailangan kong mag-ipon habang bata pa. Kung hindi lang talaga sa agwat ng sweldo at discrimination na nakukuha ng mga nurses sa Pilipinas, uuwi talaga ako for good and work as a nurse back home to serve our people.

Charge Nurse ako dito sa San diego, CALifornia. 56US$per hr. currently plus 6US$ differential abot ng more or less 60US$ per hour. Kaya lang mataas standard of living kaya daming gastus din

It is 2024 and the gov't Nurses in the Philippines have not received their May, June July salary. I was told it is normal ?

ayaw sana umalis ni ate ko na mangibang bansa kaso maliit talaga sahod, kahit na may overtime pa. minsan pa pag nag awol yung ibang nurse (or kulang ng nurse ang ospital) karga nila yung shift ni absent, aabot minsan 16 hrs. yung shift niya... kulang na lang tumira siya sa ospital. Tsaka minsan aabot ng 20 to 30 patients yung under sa kanya. nalilipasan din ng gutom kasi nakalimutang kumain. tapos pag uwi sa bahay tulo laway, bibig nakanganga sa sobrang pagod.

Kumusta naman ang mga ospital sa pilipinas na lagi na lang kulang ng nurse kasi mababa ang pasahod.

Itulad nyo man lang sweldo ng nars tulad ng mga pulis o kaya titser.

Dapat kc ang mga nurse at teacher doctors ang dapat mataas ang sahod dito sa pinas kc sila ang may malalaking ambag sa mga kapwa pilipino.. kumpara sa mga mayor sinador mga politiko puro pangurakot ang alam ... gggrrrr

Dapat nga 40-50T ang sahod ng nurses dahil napaka-stressful na trabaho yan.

sa pinas mababa na ang sweldo at wala pang respeto syo mga doctor. meron pang discrimination kung sino ang pwede i-hire. pag nagkamali ka (not intentional) sibak agad di tulad dito may space for improvement. Pag nagtrabaho ka may 3 weeks na orietation. sa PINAS sabak agad bahala ka sa buhay mo type. sino nka relate dito?

More power to all the Filipino nurses in the Philippines! Hope the Phil government will realize how precious you all are. I’ve been a NICU nurse here in the US for 32 years, I have been compensated very well even a good pension when I retire. Sana matuloy ang pagtaas ng sweldo ng mga nurses🙏

Dapat talaga taasan ang sueldo ng mga nurses sa Philippines. Nurse ako dito sa Canada for 9 years now, and I took nursing school here also...but some of the best, most compassionate and hardworking nurses I’ve worked with are the ones who studied and came from the Philippines!!
May kilala akong nurse sa pinas and I could not believe when she told me that maximum salary ng nurse sa pinas is around 35, 000-40, 000 pesos!???? That is equivalent to THREE shifts here in Canada!!!! I am not kidding at all.
Kelangan talaga taasan ang mga sueldo nila for the amount of work they do and the stress they have to face! Pero saan kukunin ang yon lang ang problema 😕😕😩
