the following quest that its refering to is the story quests ; calm before the story and such. do it and you'll be able to enter.

There is no idiot who help these confused people? Really? For those people who are confused how to get into the teapot. Go far away from the map and place the teapot again. Hopefully it works for you too cause it worked for me. Thank me later
