The judge, prosecutors, and cops are all on the same side, which is against you. I once got a cop to admit she didn't even know what traffic stop we were talking about and cited the code stating she just admitted to being an incompetent witness and the judge still made me pay the ticket. The judge was visibly angry that I was "wasting the court's time" by not just pleading guilty to the ticket like everyone else

DUI is the easiest crime to be falsely arrested for, and it's also one of the hardest charges to be left in your past, even if they are dropped, you will be barred from ANY job including driving as a duty, and you will be questioned by employers. It will also show up in your file when police pull you over, making it more likely they will "investigate" your sobriety again.

If u don't plead they take it as they are unruly. I fought assualt charge got 6 months for it because the guy slapped his wife in front of my kids so I kicked his butt. He put it off for so long I couldn't bring it up because he wasn't convicted for it.. 3 months for a misdemeanor. That I should of had dropped but because I fought it I got almost the max in my state for it. Love this two tier justice system where if u have money ur good if not we take ur life away I lost my job my house my kids and my car.. just now getting stuff like that back. 12 years later
