For the first sacrifice, If king takes the white rook, then Q×h7, Kf8 (Forced), and then Bh6#, if white doesn't take it and play any move that doesn't involve moving the pawn on h7, then Q×h7#, if the pawn on h7 moves once (to h6), then Qh6, If king doesn't take the rook, Qh7#, but if he takes, then Qh7, Kf8 (Forced)
Now if the pawn on h7 moves twice (to h5), it leads to the second sacrifice N×h5, if Kh8, then Nf6#, if anyother move other than capturing the rook or the knight, then Nf6, K×f7 (Forced), Qh7, Kf8 (Forced) then either Qg8 or Bh6 is checkmate, if the pawn on g6 captures the knight, then Q×h5 and no matter what black plays, it's checkmate on the next move with Qh8, but if the king takes the rook, then starting with Rf1 it's mate in 13 moves but that's only if black plays the best moves according to a chess engine which is to sacrifice all his pieces starting with the queen to check white king, buying time and postponing his demise, but nevertheless checkmate is still inevitable, if black doesn't sacrifice his pieces because it starts with the queen of course, which is the most powerful Attacking piece, then it's mate in 8 at best

Comprehensive checkmate guide: White is looking for the moves rook f1 -> f8, bishop takes queen or anything in the way, then knight f6 and queen h7 prevents the king from escaping in most cases. These moves explain 95% of the checkmates. All we need to look at more deeply is king takes rook, white plays rook f1 check.
1. King g8, bishop takes bishop and knight f6 forces a queen sacrifice, from there you keep checking the king while taking the pawn and putting the queen on g5, put rook on f6, trade it and mate with queen and pawn.
2. Bishop f6 blocks, again take the bishop with the bishop. Now the only way it gets interesting is if the rook moves. We have to take the queen immediately with check.
2.1 If the rook is on h8 and protected, we have this subtle move queen g5 and it's just game over
2.2 rook on h8 unprotected: knight g7 check, rook f7 check, queen takes h8 and the king is crying on c8
2.3 rook on f8: trade it, knight f6 as always and the queen ends up mating on g7
2.4 rook on g8: win it with knight f6, put the queen on h7, line the rook up with the king, if king a5 queen takes b7, either way it's an easy finish
2.5. Rook on e7: bishop takes, knight f6, queen h7, usual business. Knight d7 check rook f8 mate is a nice finishing touch
