Attorney General files to keep New York's gun law in effect during appeal

And just like that, criminals will obey a sign stating "Gun Free Zone." 😐
More like, "Hey criminals, no one in this Zone will stand against you. Feel free to target us."

Such idiocy and naivety to announce to criminals that there will be a dedicated zone where their potential victims cannot fight/ shoot back.

2nd Amendment - "...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The "shall not be infringed" part is cut and dry. Clear concise language.

And that is the law of the land/ country.

Oh that should be easy.
I'm sure the courts will rule on their side. Especially, with the amazing success that the program has had!!!
The areas inside the "Gun Free Zone" are some of the safest area in America! There has been absolutely no shooting, no murders, no robberies, no rapes, and no stabbings!!!
As a matter of fact, all of America should follow their lead!!!
