Taskwarrior: Terminal-based task management for getting things done (GTD) | Productivity tutorial

Показать описание
Taskwarrior is more than a todo / to-do application. It's a completely hackable, fully configurable, open-source task manager for those who live in the command line. With a bit of scripting, you make it truly yours.

It's headline feature is the fact that it has a fully transparent process that calculates tasks to be prioritized. Yes! Taskwarrior uses a polynomial expression to calculate urgency.

And best of all -- you have 100% control of urgency calculation. You can script it to fit your productivity system; making it truly the perfect to-do app for developers and software engineers who want a terminal-based experience!

Before this, I've seen someone's video about using Microsoft Word as IDE. And now I'm seeing someone's using IDE as task listing tool😄
Just kidding 😄Nice video and exploration though. I think it would be beneficial for someone who's gonna be familiarized with CLI and a lot of things to explore for integration.

Thanks for sharing! I learned a few new things today. Curious as to your thoughts about taskwarrior-tui vs vit. Does vit support operating on multiple tasks at once? That seems to be one of the key strengths of tw-tui.

Hey, really great video! Just a small suggestion - the video is sometimes obstructing your screen terminal and code so maybe make the video transparent / translucent when you are typing something. But, overall nice!
