Apa istimewanya? Saya juga bisa cuma ayam goreng aja sih.

Memang sih ini cuma Ayam Goreng bumbu kuning biasa.
TAPI ADA BEDANYA LOH.
Dan ini udah melalui riset khusus didapur saya sendiri dan terbukti hasilnya spesial lain dari yang lain. Tidak asal copas.

Naahh bagi kalian yang melalui proses UNGKEP ayam, memang ayamnya empuk apalagi yang dipresto, tapi kalian liat deh ayamnya langsung menciut mengecil, karena sari ayam juicy nya juga ikut menguap, alhasil ayamnya empuk tapi tidak juicy dan cenderung kecil.
Setelah melalui eksperimen didapur saya, saya akhirnya dapet metode yang supaya ayamnya
BUMBU MERESAP, DAGINGNYA EMPUK, tapi ukurannya TETAP BESAR

- Ayam broiler ( saya bagian paha ) 1 kg
Bumbu langsung tumis :
- Sereh 2 batang geprek
- Daun salam 2 lembar
- Daun jeruk 3 lembar
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- Jahe 3 cm ( keprek )
- Bawang merah 6 butir
- Bawang putih 8 siung
- Kunyit 1 ruas
- Kemiri 5 butir
- Lengkuas 1 ruas
- Bubuk ketumbar 1 sdm
- Kaldu bubuk 2 sdt
- Garam 1.5 sdt
- Gula 2 sdt
- Air jeruk nipis 1/2 buah diperas

I want to share a typical Indonesian fried chicken recipe.
What is it different from other fried chicken recipes?
If you've ever made fried chicken, it will definitely shrink because it goes through the process of marinating the chicken by heating it over a fire until it shrinks.
Finally I found a method so that the chicken is tender, the spices are absorbed, but the size is still big.
Let's see how to make it and the secret tricks, but you have to watch my video from start to finish so you understand
Indonesian fried chicken that is TENDER, the SPICES are ABSORBED and the size is LARGE

Ingredients :
1 kg Chicken, washed
Spices that are directly stir-fried :
- 2 lemongrass crushed
- 2 pc salam or bay leaves
- 3 pc lime leaves
Spices to be mashed :
- 3 cm ginger (as big as the half thumb)
- 6 shallots
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 3 cm turmeric
- 3 cm Galangal (as big as the half thumb)
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp Chicken powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- A half of lime ( use the water )
