Shines February '20! Shines are individual dance movements that can be done before, during and/or after partnering. When you are shining, you are completely free to do what you want to do! During the classes, the students learn shines for inspiration and awareness of the body and the music. Shines develops the power to dance completely on your own. This develops your self-confidence and physical strength and stability. Shines teaches you to discover and develop your own personality in dance!
